To demonstrate the power of quantum machine learning, we trained an ensemble of parameterized quantum circuits so that measurement probabilities match Rick Astley's classic music video "Never Gonna Give You Up". For each frame of video, an ensemble of 18 models on 12 qubits were trained on an image similarity metric.
